2. Regulatory status

Tonnie operates as a technology platform. Tonnie is not a law firm, a licensed immigration adviser, or a recruitment agency as defined under Portuguese Decree-Law 260/2009. Where advice is required, we direct users to qualified external professionals.
Where Talent Services engages in workforce placement activities, Tonnie operates through licensed partners and complies with applicable Portuguese and EU labour and mobility regulations.

3. Public funding

Parts of Tonnie’s platform have received co-funding from the European Union through:

  • PRR — Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência (Portuguese Recovery and Resilience Plan)
  • NextGenerationEU — European Commission
  • BPF — Banco Português de Fomento, acting as operator of funded lines
  • Lisboa 2030 — regional operational programme

4. Complaints book (Livro de Reclamações)

In accordance with Decree-Law 156/2005, consumers resident in Portugal may submit complaints through the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico (electronic complaints book).

5. Dispute resolution

Consumers in the EU may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Tonnie is not presently obliged to participate in a specific arbitration scheme but will consider participation in good faith.

6. Content responsibility
